IEEE高级会员。长期从事水声通信技术研发,开发了包含第一代商用OFDM水声通信机在内的多款水声通信系统,用户包含美国国家大气与海洋管理局(NOAA)在内的众多国内外单位。主持国自然面上项目、军科委创新特区项目课题、重点研发计划子任务等项目。发表国际期刊会议论文40余篇、包含3篇一作发表在国际海洋工程领域顶刊IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering。授权国家发明专利多项,实现转化3项。担任IEEE Open Journal of Communications Society、Journal of Marine Science and Engineering等期刊编委,IEEE/CIC ICCC会议研讨会共同主席、ACM WUWNet会议海报与系统演示环节主席等。获福建省高层次人才、厦门市高层次留学人才认定。
